Access to this portal is personal to you as the named investor and is not transferable. Access is provided so that you can review the reporting relating to your own account.

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials or account have been compromised.

The portal is provided for information and reporting purposes. While figures are prepared carefully and reconciled against official monthly results, they remain subject to final reconciliation and may be adjusted. The portal does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation.

Where the portal and your formal statements or RZMA Trading's records differ, those records prevail.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to any other investor.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the security or access controls of the portal.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute the portal or its contents other than for your own records.
• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose.

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Availability of the portal does not affect your underlying investment or the rights set out in your investment agreement.

The portal, its design, and its contents are the property of RZMA Trading, other than your own account data. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force.
