4. How the figures shown are prepared

Figures presented in this portal are prepared on the following basis:

Reported performance is derived from recorded trading activity that has been reconciled against the official monthly result for the relevant period.
Trading activity that has not yet been reconciled is excluded from your reported figures rather than shown as provisional profit.
Deposits and withdrawals are recognised at the point they take effect, and performance earned before you joined is never allocated to you.
The current calendar month is shown as in progress and remains subject to change until the month closes.
Published statements are point-in-time records and are not retrospectively altered; corrections are issued as new records.

Figures remain subject to final reconciliation and may be adjusted. Where a discrepancy exists between this portal and your formal statements or the records of RZMA Trading, those records prevail.

6. Governing agreement

Your relationship with RZMA Trading is governed by the investment agreement executed between you and RZMA Trading. That agreement — not this portal — defines the commercial terms of your investment, including any fees, liquidity terms, and notice periods. In the event of any inconsistency, the executed agreement prevails.
