Your records originate from RZMA Trading's own trading and capital records. The portal presents those records to you; it is not a separate source of financial truth.

• Access is restricted to your own records at the database level, so one investor cannot retrieve another investor’s data.
• Every page and document request is authenticated; unauthenticated requests are refused.
• The portal is excluded from search engine indexing and is not publicly discoverable.

The portal sets only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. It does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and your browsing is not profiled for marketing.

The portal is operated using third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and email delivery. These providers process data on RZMA Trading's instructions in order to operate the service.

You may request access to the personal information held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or raise a concern about how your information is handled. Requests are handled by contacting the address below. Certain financial records must be retained to meet record-keeping obligations and cannot be deleted on request.
